Day 1: Departure

After a short stop for breakfast, we will drive (total of approx. 2hrs30mins.) directly to the Ephesus Ancient City in our air conditioned luxury vehicle. Travel back in time while admiring the magnificent monuments, ancient sculptures and temples. Roaming through the ruins, your guide will brief you on the ancient amphitheatre, the library of Celcus and the gate of Augustus. The next visit will be to the House of Virgin Mary which is regarded as the last residency of the blessed Virgin Mary; one of the greatest figures of human history. Once the tour is completed, you will have lunch at a local restaurant and move on to Pamukkale. After about 2:30 hours drive, you will check in to the hotel for the one night stay. After buffet dinner, a nice relaxing rest is recommended daydreaming of the day’s journey of culture and history.

Day 2

After buffet breakfast and check-out from your hotel, a short drive and you will arrive at the World-famous white travertines. Have a walk on the terraces of carbonate minerals left by flowing water and bathe in the natural pools of hot spring water. At a near location to Hierapolis ruins, there is the ancient pool called ‘’Cleopatra’s Pool’’ where you can soak in at an additional charge. Your next stop is at the ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis which includes an amphitheatre, great city walls, bath houses and necropolis and where you can find out about the history and culture of this unique location. Due to the neighbouring divine white terraces of travertines and historical values of the ancient city, Hierapolis was added to UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list in 1988. Next is lunch at a local restaurant and your journey back to Bodrum (around four hours driving time). Your approximate arrival time to your hotel is 08:00pm as an enriched person about the cultural and historical heritage of the Aegean region.
